What products do you offer?

Our products fall into 4 main categories: rings, earrings, pendants and bracelets. Virtually all of our products are diamond inlayed in a wide spectrum of stone sizes, shapes, and gradings.

Do prices change frequently?

The markets are constantly changing, and so do we. The prices of all products on viadiamonds.com website are subject to change at anytime and without notice.

Do you offer a warranty?

All of our products come with lifetime warranty on the build and/or resizing. Free annual shipping included.

I feel physical irritation from the product. What to do?

First of all stop wearing the jewelry and wash the area. If you feel physical irritation from the product, the most probable cause is sensitivity to the specific metal color. In white gold there is Rhodium and in rose gold there is Copper - check your sensitivity to those metals. There are usually no issues with yellow gold in this regard. If you wish to replace the color of your product due to this reason - please contact customer service.

The ring won't fit. Can you resize it?

Of course! Re-sizing is included in your order as much as needed. Please contact customer service. Shipping costs for resizing purposes are on us once a year.

Do you have men/unisex jewelry?

Everyone our jewelry speaks to is welcome to purchase and enjoy them. Dedicated collection are coming in the near future.

What is your gold purity standard?

All of our products are 14K gold unless stated otherwise.

Do the products have a certificate?

Absolutely! All of our diamond jewelry come with a gemological certificate issued by respected institutes.

Do you offer custom jewelry design services?

We may consider your request for a custom design, but we first need to estimate it. We do not proceed with all types of requests. Custom design fee may apply.

Do you offer repair services?

We offer lifetime warranty on our products and will repair anything that is related to the quality of the build. We do not offer repairs as a service for non VIA products.

Can I check the status of my repair?

To check the status of your repair, please contact customer service.

Is there free shipping?

Yes! All of our products are shippied free worldwide

Do you ship internationnaly?

Yes, we ship our products worldwide to virtually any location. Please check our shipping page for exact information.

How safe is the shipping process?

Our shipping is Door-to-Door, meaning that the product is sent in a secure manner and you will get it delivered to you personally by a human, in a time that is scheduled up front for your convenience.

How long does it take for my item(s) to arrive?

Once your order is placed, it should arrive in 5-15 business days.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Return or exchange will be made up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the product - when it is in proper condition and in its original packaging. Money back after validation of the originality of the product.

Do I have to pay customs fees?

As with any internet purchase ,depending on your location, customs fee may apply. If your have further question you may contact customer service for help.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

Sure just add your request in the order notes.

Can I order a model with a diamond that is not in the catalog?

Anything is possible ;) Contact sales via your preferred channel and we will be happy to guide you further and create a custom product for you.

I want a specific product in another metal color. Is it possible?

Definitely possible! We can make virtually all of our products in all metal colors - Yellow, White or Rose gold.

Is it safe to order from the webstore?

We take data security very seriously and use industry standard encryption technologies when dealing with your transactions.

Do you share my information with 3rd parties?

No, we do not share or sell your personal information with 3rd parties.
